We’re sometimes asked if it is possible to change the ringtone on your phone using our web interface. As from now it is!

All you need to do is login to the web interface here and go to the extension you want to manage. In the list of features on the “Setup” tab you will see “Ringtone”. Select the ringtone you want and click on the Save button at the top of the page. That’s it!

Your phone should now reboot in a short time and reconfigure itself to use the new ringtone.

Please note that this will only work for phones that are configured using our automatic configuration and currently only works for specific phones. Please get in touch if you want to know more.
